Start-Up Ministry Support
Ministries with annual donor income
under $500,000 need help establishing a formal fundraising strategy,
a development communication plan, and training in how to generate
interest in your ministry for new donors.
We offer two levels of service to
these type of ministries:
1. Development Strategic
Planning: - An assessment of your development capabilities
coupled with one day onsite to develop a customized plan followed by
monthly support and accountability through internet meetings and
telephone counsel.
2. General Counsel: - An
assessment of your development capabilities, a written development
strategy, and help implementing the plan are provided through one
day of onsite consulting every-other-month. Internet meetings and
telephone counsel throughout the contract are included.
