Start-Up Ministry Support

Ministries with annual donor income under $500,000 need help establishing a formal fundraising strategy, a development communication plan, and training in how to generate interest in your ministry for new donors.

We offer two levels of service to these type of ministries:

1.  Development Strategic Planning: -

A key component of our mission and vision at Dan Mirgon & Associates, Inc. is to help ministries that have begun operations and are in need of establishing solid, fundamental development strategies.  We have designed this service to develop a comprehensive development plan, but do it at a pace you can implement and afford.  

The structure of the counsel is as follows:

We believe that God is the one who motivates donors, and that our job is to be able to tell the story of what He is doing at your ministry in a winsome way, and do it more often than you did last year. 

2. General Counsel: - An assessment of your development capabilities, a written development strategy, and help implementing the plan are provided through one day of onsite consulting every month.   Internet meetings and telephone counsel throughout the contract are included.
