It also means that you can’t rely on one or two fundraising tools – you need them all, and they have to be working together to get you where you need to be. 

Designed specifically for ministries with budgets under $1m, this innovative program helps you create a coordinated – comprehensive program for:

-         Finding New Donors

-         Cultivating and Maintaining relationships with the donors you already have

-         Identifying and Closing Major Gifts for Specific projects

-         Managing and Leading the program effectively

HOW IT WORKS:      

Working together over the phone and internet, we come along side to help you:

-        Clarify and Review your Message and Strategy

-         Develop a plan and schedule for each segment of the fundraising plan

         o   New Donor Acquisition

                              o   Annual Donor Cultivation

         o   Major Gift Solicitation

                              o   Corporate/Foundation Gifts

-         Evaluate your stewardship systems and structure to assure great experiences for your donors

-         Implement the Plan:

                              o   We help and provide support for the “to-do list”

                              o   We communicate regularly with you to keep the program on track

                              o   You manage the assigned tasks that need to be done internally while we take care of those
                           that can be “outsourced”
 
                              o   Will provide wise council and advice as you lead the ministry so that what got you stuck
                          doesn’t get you stuck again.  We will be the catalyst for keeping the program moving  
                          forward.

COST:

-         The Program Management Fees range from $500 to $1,000 per month depending on the size of your
       budget.  Please submit the application to receive a full proposal

-         In addition there is a one-time setup fee of $500

-         Expenses for items such as mailings, brochures and outside contracted services may be incurred in
      addition to our Program Management Fee. 

      Each of these expenses will be discussed and approved in advance by you.  We make every effort to
      bring vendors and suppliers alongside that provide the highest quality work at affordable rates. 

      In certain circumstances, your current vendors or suppliers may be used – as long as the quality is
      retained.

-         ONE OTHER NOTE ABOUT COST:        It is unfortunate that “cost” is thought of most often as “cash
      spent.”  One equally important view of cost is that of “lost productivity” or “lost opportunity.” 

      What is it currently costing you in lost time, staff frustration/turn-over, donor attrition, or low
      productivity?      

      Those costs, while not seen in a budget report, are just as real as the money you spend on everything
      else.
